Abstract
Se describen tubos transportadores de fluidos y los procesos para formar tales tubos utilizando soldadura por fricción-agitación. Los tubos transportadores de fluidos se forman a partir de una sección de tubo que incluye un primer cilindro colocado coaxial y concéntrico dentro del segundo cilindro. El primer cilindro y el segundo cilindro cada uno se forma a partir de una o más secciones o placas, donde los bordes frontales, que se extienden longitudinales, de las placas son soldados entre sí por fricción-agitación (FSW) a lo largo de costura(s) que se extiende(n) longitudinalmente desde el primer extremo hasta el segundo extremo de éstos. Una pluralidad de secciones de tubos puede estar conectada de extremo a extremo empleando costuras FSW circunferenciales para formar un tubo.
