Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un método y a una disposición para mantener la presión de un flujo de un fluido en un sistema en un nivel casi constante prefijado. Una aplicación es una válvula (1) de tobera de una turbina de impulso, que mantiene automáticamente la presión del sistema esencialmente constante, de manera que no depende de la variación ocasional del flujo de entrada bombeado, lo que resulta en que también el chorro de la tobera se mantiene constante y su energía cinética es óptima. Las toberas conocidas anteriormente no mantienen de forma independiente la presión del sistema cuando varía el flujo de entrada. La válvula (1) de tobera comprende un cuerpo (2) cilíndrico y un canal (3) de entrada y la salida de flujo está dispuesta a través de un canal (8) de la tobera situado en el otro extremo del cuerpo (2). En el interior del cuerpo (2) hay una aguja (4), cuyo cabezal cónico puede oscilar en el canal (8). El eje de la aguja (4) es guiado por un elemento (11) de deslizamiento. Al otro extremo del cuerpo (2) está unido un acumulador (6) de presión de diafragma, de modo que el extremo del eje de la aguja (4) es presionado en contra de su disco (10) de la válvula por medio de un muelle (5) de compresión, uno de cuyos extremos se presiona contra un ensanchamiento (12) en el eje de la aguja (4). En el cuerpo (2) hay un canal (13) a través del cual el flujo puede pasar al elemento (11) de deslizamiento y continuar a través del canal (9) por debajo del disco (10) Cuando el disco (10) está soportado por el cuerpo del acumulador (6), la aguja (4) está en su posición más baja y cierra el canal (8) de salida de flujo. Cuando la presión de entrada de flujo aumenta, el disco (10) de la válvula y la aguja (4) se elevan juntos y el canal (8) se abre de manera correspondiente, resultando en que la presión de flujo permanece esencialmente constante.
