Abstract

Se proporciona una lámina de acero eléctrico de grano orientado sometida a tratamiento de refinación de dominios magnéticos mediante la irradiación de una superficie de lámina de acero con un haz de electrones que tiene un diámetro de haz d de 0.40 mm o menos en una región de línea que se extiende en una dirección que interseca una dirección de laminación, en donde una región de línea de irradiación modulada se forma con unidades de repetición conectadas entre sí en la dirección de región de línea, una distancia periódica de las unidades de repetición en la región de línea de irradiación modulada es de 2/3 x d mm a 2.5 x d mm, un intervalo de repetición de la región de línea de irradiación modulada en la dirección de laminación es de 4.0 mm a 12.5 mm, y la intensidad del haz de electrones no es menor que una intensidad con la cual dominios magnéticos divididos largos y estrechos que se extienden en la dirección de región de línea de irradiación modulada se forman por lo menos en un lado irradiado, y no mayor que una intensidad con la cual no se produce daño al recubrimiento y una región de deformación plástica no se forma en el lado irradiado. De esta manera, se puede llevar a cabo tratamiento de refinación de dominios magnéticos bajo una condición que logra tanto baja pérdida de hierro como bajo nivel de ruido del transformador, lo cual fue considerado convencionalmente difícil, y se puede obtener una lámina de acero eléctrico de grano orientado no convencional con baja pérdida de hierro y baja magnetostricción.
