Abstract

La presente enseñanza se refiere a un sensor magnético que comprende una lumbrera de entrada, un circuito de detección de campo magnético que genera una señal de detección de magneto, un circuito de control de salida que controla la operación del sensor magnético y una lumbrera de salida. El circuito de detección de campo magnético incluye un elemento de percepción magnética que detecta un campo magnético externo y saca una señal de detección, un elemento de procesamiento de señal configurado para amplificar la señal de detección y remover la interferencia desde la señal de detección, y un elemento de conversión análogo-digital configurado para convertir la señal de detección procesada en una señal de detección de magneto, y el circuito de control de salida controla el sensor magnético para operar en por lo menos uno de un primer estado y de un segundo estado en respuesta a por lo menos la señal de detección de magneto, en donde el elemento de procesamiento de señal comprende un amplificador cascodo doblado.
