Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para el ensamblaje de un módulo de vehículo a motor que presenta un árbol (1) provisto de al menos un elemento funcional y una parte de carcasa (2), estando dispuesto el árbol (1) de forma giratoria en alojamientos de rodamiento (4) de la parte de carcasa (2) y estando fijado el al menos un elemento funcional con una abertura de buje (9) sobre un engrosamiento del árbol (1). En el marco del procedimiento se insertan en primer lugar los elementos funcionales en la parte de carcasa (2), pudiéndose introducir entonces el árbol (1) debido a una diferencia de temperatura. Al introducirse el árbol (1), los elementos funcionales preferentemente no están todavía en su posición axial definitiva y, habitualmente, tampoco presentan todavía su alineación definitiva con respecto al ángulo de giro, no realizándose entonces la colocación con ubicación correcta de los elementos funcionales hasta después mediante un apriete. De acuerdo con la invención, antes de la inserción del árbol (1) en la parte de carcasa (2) se forma al menos uno de los alojamientos de rodamiento (4) de tal manera que se inserta, en particular se introduce a presión, un rodamiento (5) en una abertura de alojamiento (6) de la parte de carcasa (2).
