Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para producir un disco de freno (1) para un vehículo, en el cual se dispone una capa protectora sobre un miembro base (2) del disco de freno (1). El miembro base está formado de aluminio o de una aleación de aluminio. Se propone que el método comprenda al menos las etapas de: - premaquinar al menos las superficies de fricción (7, 8) del miembro base (2) en forma de piezas troqueladas; - aplicar un recubrimiento de esmalte (10) como una capa anticorrosión y/o antidesgaste al menos sobre las superficies de fricción (7, 8) del disco de freno (1), y - postratar el miembro base (2) recubierto al menos en algunos lugares, donde el recubrimiento de esmalte (10) se une metalúrgicamente al material de base del miembro base (2).
