Abstract

Las técnicas proporcionadas en el presente documento implementan sistemas y métodos que pueden mejorar el acceso a los elementos de contenido, desde una fuente de contenido en línea, por un dispositivo de un cliente. De acuerdo con algunas modalidades, un sistema de difusión de contenido intermedio está implementado en un dispositivo del cliente para almacenar en caché localmente el contenido digital en el dispositivo del cliente mientras el contenido se reproduce en el dispositivo del cliente desde una fuente de contenido en línea (por ejemplo un servidor de contenido) en una red. Adicionalmente, de acuerdo con algunas modalidades, un sistema de descarga de contenido basado en prioridades se implementa en el dispositivo de un cliente para facilitar la descarga previa basada en prioridades de los elementos de contenido al dispositivo del cliente antes de que un usuario en el dispositivo del cliente tenga acceso a los elementos de contenido, tal como a través del suministro de noticias de redes sociales.
