Abstract
Un método de fabricación de material formado de acuerdo con la presente invención que incluye los pasos de formar una porción formada convexa efectuando al menos un proceso de formación sobre una chapa de metal tratada en la superficie, y efectuar el planchado de la porción formada usando un molde de planchado después de formar la porción formada. El molde de planchado incluye un punzón que es insertado en la porción formada, y una matriz que tiene un orificio de empuje hacia el cual la porción formada es empujada junto con el punzón. Una superficie periférica interna del orificio de empuje no se extiende paralela a una superficie periférica externa del punzón, y la superficie periférica interna es provista con un espacio o separación que corresponde a una distribución de espesor de chapa no uniforme, en la dirección de empuje, de la porción formada antes del planchado con relación a la superficie periférica externa para asegurar que una cantidad de planchado aplicada a la porción formada permanezca constante en la dirección de empuje.
