Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un dispositivo de análisis para detectar un analito en una muestra de fluido, que comprende: un miembro receptor de la muestra (1), que se conecta de manera fluida a al menos dos componentes (2, 3) que definen una trayectoria de flujo de análisis, al menos uno de los cuales es un miembro de detección (3) que comprende una zona de detección del analito (31); y un elemento de detección de la muestra (13) adaptado para detectar fluido en un punto particular a lo largo de la trayectoria de flujo de análisis. La presente invención también proporciona el uso del dispositivo de análisis de la invención para indicar la suficiencia de la muestra cuando el dispositivo de análisis se expone a una muestra de fluido y para indicar a un usuario después del muestreo que el dispositivo ha fallado debido al muestreo insuficiente, y un método para alertar a un usuario del hecho de que se ha aplicado una muestra suficiente a un dispositivo de análisis de la invención.
