Abstract

The present invention relates to a new system for detecting and alerting cardiac arrhythmias, which consist of a device based on ultrasonic sensors, accelerometer-gyroscope, and GPS connected to a microcontroller for transmitting to a microcomputer the information on the condition of a patient, its geographical coordinates and the angular position thereof. This system is responsible for detecting abnormalities and generating the report in case of a different behavior in the heart rate of the patient, in addition to producing an alert by LEDs and sound.
