Abstract
La invención se refiere a un complejo de plantas de producción de acero que comprende un alto horno (1) para la producción de arrabio, una acería de convertidor (2) para la producción de acero bruto, un sistema de conducción de gas para los gases que se generan cuando se produce el arrabio y/o se produce el acero bruto, y una planta de generación de energía (3) para la generación de electricidad. La planta de generación de energía (3) está diseñada como una planta de generación de energía de turbina de gas o una planta de generación de energía de turbina de gas y turbina de vapor, y opera con un gas que comprende al menos una cantidad parcial de gas de cargadero de alto horno (7) que se genera en el alto horno (1) cuando se produce el arrabio y/o una cantidad parcial del gas de convertidor (9) que se produce en las acerías de convertidor (2). De acuerdo con la invención, el complejo de plantas comprende, además, una planta química (12) y una planta biotecnológica (13), la planta de generación de energía (3), la planta química (12) y la planta biotecnológica (13) que están dispuestas en una configuración paralela con respecto al suministro de gas. El sistema de conducción de gas comprende un dispositivo de distribución de gas operativamente controlable (14) para dividir las corrientes de gas que se alimentan a la planta de generación de energía (3), a la planta química (12) y a la planta biotecnológica (13). El objeto de la invención es también un procedimiento de operación del complejo de plantas.
