Abstract
Un dispositivo (1) para irrigación y/o insuflación durante cirugías/procedimientos endoscópicos en una cavidad corporal (3), que comprende un primer dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (21) en conexión de fluido con la cavidad corporal (3) por medio de una línea de fluido (10), en donde el primer dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (21) está adaptado para entregar un fluido a la cavidad corporal (3), un segundo dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (18) en conexión de fluido con la cavidad corporal (3) conectado por medio de una línea de fluido (16), en donde el segundo dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (18) está adaptado para mover un fluido desde la cavidad corporal (3), una unidad de control (19) conectada al primer dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (21) y/o el segundo dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (18), un dispositivo de medición de presión sanguínea (20), conectado a la unidad de control (19), en donde el dispositivo de medición de presión sanguínea (20) está adaptado para medir una presión sanguínea sistémica, en donde la unidad de control (19) está adaptada para derivar una señal de control con base en una señal desde el dispositivo de medición de presión sanguínea (20), en donde la unidad de control (19) está adaptada además para enviar la señal de control al primer dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (21) y/o el segundo dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (18), en donde la señal de control se deriva al procesar la señal desde el dispositivo de medición de presión sanguínea (20) utilizando un factor de correlación almacenado en el dispositivo (1) en donde el factor de correlación depende de la relación entre una señal de medición de presión sanguínea, y una presión de perfusión de la cavidad corporal (3), en donde el primer dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (21) y/o el segundo dispositivo de bombeo de fluido (18) está adaptado para controlar la presión en la cavidad corporal (3) con base en dicha señal de control recibida desde la unidad de control (19).
