Abstract

Se divulga un método para producir materiales de espuma de un compuesto de fibra de densidad ultrabaja (ULDC) mediante el uso de fibras naturales con inyección de gas a través de un espumado líquido, donde en una realización particular, incluye también filamentos de celulosa; el método incluye un proceso de espumado de desbordamiento continuo, y un nuevo aparato para producir los materiales de ULDC; la espuma del compuesto de ULDC divulgada incluye propiedades resistentes a la humedad, al moho, a la degradación y al fuego que pueden utilizarse para construir aislamientos térmicos y acústicos, envasado de protección, productos de filtro de aire y de higiene; el aparato comprende un receptáculo, un impulsor dual que rota en sentido contrario, una pluralidad de separadores e inyección del gas que producen.
