Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para prevenir la formación de hidratos de gas en fluidos obturadores de explosión (BOP) en operaciones en pozos en aguas profundas que incluyen la etapa de agregar al menos 28% en volumen de glicol a un fluido BOP, en el cual la línea de equilibrio de la fase de hidrato se desplaza al punto en el cual las condiciones operativas no forman un hidrato.
