Abstract
La presente aplicación proporciona sistemas, aparatos y métodos para proporcionar láminas y bandas corrugadas impresas de alta calidad mediante la utilización de una prensa offset de manga variable. En una realización, se proporciona un método que comprende los pasos de imprimir una banda de cartón de modo que se proporcione tinta a la banda de cartón de revestimiento. El paso de impresión puede comprender utilizar una prensa de impresión offset que tenga una longitud de repetición variable. El método puede comprender además bobinar la banda de cartón impresa en un rodillo; proporcionar la banda de cartón impresa a una máquina de corrugación de alta velocidad por medio del rodillo; laminar la banda de cartón impresa con una banda ondulada, lo que produce de ese modo una banda corrugada impresa. El método puede comprender además aplicar calor sobre al menos una de entre la banda de cartón impresa y la banda ondulada, lo que hace que se caliente la tinta en la banda de cartón impresa sobre esta mediante la prensa de impresión offset.
