Abstract
Un método de dialogo entre una maquina (OE) - preferiblemente un robot humanoide (RI) - y al menos un contacto humano (INT), que comprende los siguientes pasos, implementado por dicho ordenador. a) Identificar dicho altavoz humana; b) Extraer de una base de datos (DB) un perfil de la persona que llama (INT_PR) que comprende una pluralidad de variables de dialogo, al menos un valor que se asigna al menos una de dichas variables de dialogo. c) Recibir y analizar al menos una frase de dicho usuario que llama; y d) Formular y dar salida al menos una oración de respuesta sobre la base al menos de dicha frase recibida e interpretada en el paso c) y un dialogo llamado dicha variable de perfil de llamada.
