Abstract
La invención es un método mejorado para sellar una costura cosida (66) en una bolsa de aire (60) u otro dispositivo inflable, y el aparato para llevar a cabo este método. El método tiene los pasos de: a) crear una costura cosida, b) aplicar un sellador de la costura (90) a una parte expuesta de la costura sobre una superficie expuesta; y c) aplicar localmente una presión diferencial a una superficie contraria expuesta próxima a una parte de la costura sobre esta superficie para empujar el sellador de la costura para que migre a lo largo del hilo desde la primera superficie expuesta hasta zonas entre los paneles a la superficie expuesta contraria.
