Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al campo de las tecnologías de comunicación, y proporciona un método de planificación semi-persistente y equipo de usuario (UE). El método de planificación semi-persistente incluye: determinar un conjunto de subtrama constante en una trama TDD, en donde un atributo de enlace ascendente y enlace descendente de cada subtrama en el conjunto de subtrama constante se mantiene sin cambios cuando una configuración de proporción de enlace ascendente y enlace descendente de la trama TDD cambia dinámicamente; y realizar una transmisión SPS en una subtrama, en el conjunto de subtrama constante, cuyo atributo de enlace ascendente y enlace descendente es el mismo que una dirección de transmisión de la transmisión SPS. De esta manera, la transmisión SPS puede realizar normalmente sin ser afectada por una subtrama flexible en un caso en el cual una proporción enlace ascendente y enlace descendente TDD sea configurada dinámicamente para un UE.
