Abstract
La presente solicitud de patente de invención pertenece al campo de la ingeniería mecánica y consiste en un sistema y procedimiento para la extracción del aceite de palma configurados de manera integral para procesar el fruto fresco completo (raquis, espigas y pepas o frutos) mediante etapas de fracturado, desgranado, esterilización dinámica y posterior prensado. Dichos sistema y procedimiento revelados permiten aumentar el porcentaje de extracción de aceite con un menor número de equipos y una menor área de trabajo frente a lo requerido por los procesos convencionales ya conocidos, así como haciendo uso de menores cantidades de agua y energía. Adicionalmente, el sistema y procedimiento revelados permiten obtener materiales vegetales esterilizados de baja humedad que pueden ser empleados como materia orgánica para compostaje o como combustible del propio sistema de extracción.
