Abstract
La invención se refiere a un componente (84, 110, 120, 170) estructural de capas múltiples estructural que comprende una primera y una segunda capa (102, 104, 122, 124, 172, 174) de material compuesto fibroso y una capa (106, 126, 176 ) de espuma, dispuestas en el medio, hechas de material plástico espumado, en el que la primera y la segunda capa (102, 104, 122, 124, 172, 174) de material compuesto fibroso tienen cada una al menos una capa (4, 16, 18, 24) fibrosa hecha de un material de fibra, estando dicha capa fibrosa incrustada en una matriz (8, 20) a base de un termoplástico. El componente estructural tiene una estructura (140) de anclaje para unirse a un elemento de aplicación de fuerza. La invención se refiere adicionalmente a un método para producir un componente (84, 110, 120, 170) estructural, en el que se proveen una primera y una segunda lámina (2, 12, 48, 52) de material compuesto fibroso, en donde la primera y la segunda lámina (2, 12, 48, 52) de material compuesto tienen cada una al menos una capa (4, 16, 18, 24) fibrosa hecha de un material de fibra, estando dicha capa fibrosa incrustada en una matriz (8, 20) a base de un termoplástico, en la que la primera lámina (2, 12, 48, 52) de material compuesto fibroso es termoformada para formar un producto (64, 86, 88) semiterminado de material compuesto fibroso. y la segunda lámina (2, 12, 48, 52) de material compuesto fibroso es termoformada para formar un segundo producto (64, 86, 88) semiterminado de material compuesto fibroso en el que el primero y el segundo producto (64, 86, 88) semiterninados están dispuestos en un molde (90) de espumado de tal manera que se forma una cavidad (96) entre el primero y el segundo producto (64, 86, 88) semiterminado de material compuesto fibroso, y en el que la cavidad (96) se espuma mediante la inyección de un material plástico espumado. Adicionalmente, la estructura (140) de anclaje está integrada en el componente estructural.
