Abstract

Sistema integrado para transporte de plátanos desde la plantación de bananos hasta el punto de venta al por menor. El sistema consiste en doce canastas y una carretilla. Un racimo de plátanos se coloca en cada canasta. La canasta puede utilizarse en todas las fases de cosecha, lavado, procesamiento, almacenamiento, transporte y disposición final. El contacto con los plátanos, lo cual provoca una degradación estética del producto, se reduce al mínimo. El racimo de plátanos se coloca en la canasta. La parte superior del tallo se clava en el clavo (1) de la percha (2), mientras que la parte inferior se coloca en el área gofrada de la base de la canasta (3). Las vigas se colocan en las esquinas de la base de la carretilla donde el estante se fija a la altura deseada. Seis canastas se colocan en la parte inferior de la base de la carretilla y seis en el estante. La canasta y la carretilla pueden montarse y desmontarse a mano sin necesidad de herramientas. El sistema desmontado ocupa un espacio mínimo, haciendo menos costoso el regreso a la plantación.
