Abstract
Un montaje de torre de amortiguador que incluye un cuerpo fundido de torre de amortiguador compuesto de magnesio o aleación de magnesio y al menos un soporte puente de acero. Se forma una capa adhesiva aislante entre el cuerpo de la torre y el soporte. Se utiliza un fijador mecánico para fijar el cuerpo de la torre al soporte. Se forman uno o más varillajes estructurales sobre el cuerpo de la torre. El fijador mecánico puede seleccionarse a partir de algunos fijadores mecánicos, incluyendo remaches autoperforantes. De manera alternativa, se puede formar una protuberancia de tornillo para recibir un tornillo. El remache puede insertarse desde el soporte dentro del cuerpo de la torre de amortiguador o desde el cuerpo de la torre de amortiguador dentro del soporte, en ese caso se coloca una capa aislante entre la cabeza del remache autoperforante y el cuerpo fundido de la torre de amortiguador. Preferentemente, se forma un sellador a lo largo de la intersección del cuerpo fundido de la torre de amortiguador y el soporte puente de acero.
