Abstract

La presente invención proporciona: una chapa de acero electromagnética que es adecuada como material para núcleos de hierro para dispositivos eléctricos y lo similar, especialmente núcleos de hierro para generadores eléctricos grandes y lo similar, y que tiene una excelente resistencia térmica, excelentes características tales como una resistencia de intercapa después de la retención a altas temperaturas y una baja compresibilidad bajo una tensión de compresión a altas temperaturas, conteniendo al mismo tiempo una pequeña cantidad de un solvente orgánico volátil; un agente de recubrimiento para formar una película de recubrimiento aislante, que se utiliza para la chapa de acero electromagnética y se caracteriza por contener los componentes (A), (B) y (C) descritos a continuación y un solvente; y un método para producir la chapa de acero electromagnética. (A) 100 partes en masa, en términos de contenido sólido, de una resma con contenido de grupo carboxilo acuosa (B) 100 partes en masa o más pero menor que 300 partes en masa, en términos de contenido sólido, de un óxido con contenido de aluminio con relación a 100 partes en masa, en términos de contenido sólido, del componente (A) (C) mayor que 20 partes en masa pero menor que 100 partes en masa, en términos de contenido sólido, de al menos un agente reticulante que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en melamina, isocianatos y oxazolina con relación a 100 partes en masa, en términos de contenido sólido, del componente (A).
