Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a materiales térmicamente conductores que comprenden un elastómero no polar, un elastómero polar, y un rellenador térmicamente conductor. El elastómero polar y elastómero no polar son suficientemente inmiscibles para formar una fase elastomérica polar y una fase elastornérica no polar. El rellenador térmicamente conductor está concentrado en una cantidad de al menos 60 porciento en volumen de la cantidad total del rellenador en ya sea la fase del elastómero no polar o la fase elastomérica polar. El material térmicamente conductor tiene un módulo de elasticidad a la tracción menos de 200 MPa.
