Abstract
Aparato y métodos para descabezar y pelar camarones hidráulicamente utilizando el Efecto Venturi. Un fluido cargado de camarones se bombea a través de un sistema de conductos que incluye uno o más tubos Venturi. La aceleración del fluido a través de los tubos Venturi remueve las cabezas y afloja o remueve las cáscaras de los camarones.
