Abstract
Procedimiento para preparar un laminado con al menos dos capas de tela no tejida termosoldada de filamentos sinfín, en el que se realiza la deposición de filamentos sinfín que no se rizan yio filamentos sinfín rizables en menor grado para formar al menos una primera capa de tela no tejida termosoldada. La primera capa de tela no tejida termosoldada se compacta o bien se solidifica previamente mediante al menos un rodillo en caliente y/o rodillo de calandrado. A continuación se realiza la deposición de filamentos sinfín rizables o bien filamentos sinfín rizables en mayor grado sobre la primera capa de la tela no tejida termosoldada formando al menos una segunda capa de tela no tejida termosoldada. El conjunto conformado por las dos capas de tela no tejida termosoldada a continuación es solidificada, de modo que el espesor total d del laminado es de 0,15 a 3 mm, preferentemente de 0,2 a 2,5 mm y más preferentemente de 0,2 a 2 mm.
