Abstract
Un decorrelacionador multicanal para proporcionar una pluralidad de señales decorrelacionadas en base a una pluralidad de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador está configurado para premezclar un primer conjunto de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador N en un segundo conjunto de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador K, en donde K<N. El decorrelacionador multicanal está configurado para proporcionar un primer conjunto de señales de salida del decorrelacionador K´ en base al segundo conjunto de señales de entrada del decorrelacionador K. El decorrelacionador multicanal está configurado además para mezclar ascendente el primer conjunto de señales de salida del decorrelacionador K´ en un segundo conjunto de señales de salida del decorrelacionador N´, en donde N´>K´ El decorrelacionador multicanal se puede usar en un descodificador de audio multicanal. Un codificador de audio multicanal proporciona información de control de complejidad para el decorrelacionador multicanal.
