Abstract
La presente invención describe un método para la separación de etano e hidrocarburos más pesados o propano e hidrocarburos más pesados del gas natural, para proporcionar una corriente de gas natural rica en metano y líquidos de gas natural menos volátiles (NGLs). Este método proporciona pasar una corriente de alimentación de gas natural a través de un medio adsorbente regenerable que adsorbe los NGLs, para proporcionar el producto del gas natural rico en metano. El medio adsorbente regenerable de la presente invención es un medio adsorbente polimérico macroporoso reticulado.
