Abstract

La presente invención describe un proceso de preparación de un metamaterial con índice de refracción negativo, especialmente el sistema compuesto (cerámico) ambiguo construido a partir de hierro y nitruro de boro Fe:BN con un índice de refracción negativo asociado a valores negativos de la permeabilidad magnética - p y dieléctrica - . Método de preparación del compuesto cerámico de Fe:BN que comprende: - La mezcla de nano o micro partículas de Fe (sintetizadas a partir de pentacarbonilo de hierro Fe(CO)5) con nitruro de boro hexagonal (h-BN); - Molienda de los polvos; - Compactación del polvo en forma de gránulos a temperatura ambiente y baja presión; - Puesta de los gránulos en el recipiente (CaCO3) con calentador de grafito; - Sinterizado de los gránulos (presión desde presión ambiente a 8 GPa, temperatura desde temperatura ambiente hasta 2000 °C); Las partículas de polvo de hierro o a base de hierro están distribuidas uniformemente en el medio de h-BN y forman la estructura del núcleo-corteza, en la que el núcleo son partículas de hierro o a base de hierro y la corteza está compuesta de una capa de h-BN.
