Abstract

La presente invención provee composiciones y métodos de inmunoterapia que incluyen composiciones farmacéuticas estables en condiciones de almacenamiento para la inducción de linfocitos T específicos para un antígeno. Dichas composiciones son utilizadas como componentes en una cédula que presenta antígenos artificiales (aAPC) con el fin de proporcionarle a un paciente complejos de presentación de una molécula de coestimulación de linfocitos T y/o un antígeno (por ejemplo, un antígeno tumoral).
