Abstract

Se propone una unidad de sellado que consta de un recipiente de vidrio (50) con elementos de rosca (54, 55) exteriores periféricamente desplazados en un cuello de recipiente (52) del recipiente de vidrio y una tapa de cierre de chapa, en donde la tapa de cierre (1, 2) tiene en la parte interior de la tapa una capa de plástico circunferencial (30; 30h, 30v). La tapa de cierre se encaja sobre el cuello de recipiente (52) y se abre por vía de elementos de rosca (54, 55) y una sección vertical (30v) de la capa de plástico con un movimiento de giro. El cuello de recipiente (52) tiene una superficie frontal horizontal (52a) sobre la cual descansa obturando a presión una sección horizontal (30h) de la capa de plástico. Una región central (11) de la tapa de cierre se convierte desde una zona de transición (11a, 11b, 11c) lindante, orientada periféricamente, en una sección de falda (12) que resalta axial hacia abajo que termina en una región de enroscado (21a, 21; 22). La capa de plástico (30; 30hm 30v) se dispone adherida a la parte interior de la tapa en la zona de transición (11a, 11b, 11c) y la sección de falda (12). Una extensión axial (h0) de la sección de falda (12) y una dimensión radial (b52) de la superficie frontal alineada horizontalmente (52a) del cuello de botella (52) constituyen una primera proporción (v1) que es menor que tres.
