Abstract

Un método para eliminar eficazmente un sulfuro de gas ácido al usar una tecnología de desulfuración en un método de amoniaco comprende las siguientes etapas: 1) pretratamiento: convertir azufre residual en un gas ácido en óxido de azufre por medio de un método para realizar el reciclaje de azufre, pretratamiento de preparación y/o combustión de ácido en sulfuro en el gas ácido, a fin de obtener un gas de cola ácido que contiene el óxido de azufre, el gas ácido que es de gas de cola industrial de una industria química de petróleo, una industria química de gas natural, una industria química de carbón, una industria de petróleo de esquisto, una industria de gas de esquisto, una industria de ácido sulfúrico o similares; 2) absorción de óxido de azufre al usar un método de amoniaco: introducir el gas de cola ácido que contiene el óxido de azufre en un aparato de absorción de proceso de amoníaco, y absorber el óxido de azufre al usar un líquido de absorción cíclico, y ajustar un parámetro de líquido de absorción de acuerdo con una cantidad del óxido de azufre eliminado y una concentración del óxido de azufre, de manera que el gas limpio procesado alcanza un estándar y se descarga; y 3) tratamiento posterior de sulfato de amonio: absorber totalmente el líquido de absorción saturado o saturado aproximadamente del óxido de azufre, realizar la concentración y cristalización, y realizar la separación y secado de sólido-líquido, con el fin de obtener un producto de sulfato de amonio sólido.
