Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para purificar una proteína que no es anticuerpo a partir de una solución, dicho método comprendiendo una etapa de cromatografía, en la cual la solución se hace pasar por una construcción de afinidad que contiene un ligando de afinidad acoplado a un soporte sólido, en donde la construcción de afinidad está asociada con una unidad operativa de bioproceso, y se aísla la proteína que no es anticuerpo de la solución.
