Abstract
La presente invención describe un método para producir cis-l-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoro--propeno con alto rendimiento por la isomerización de trans-1-cloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropeno. Estos isómeros también son conocidos como 1233zd(Z) y 1233zd(E), respectivamente. Esto se hace usando la destilación reactiva por lo que se produce como cis-1-cloro-3,3,3- trifluoro-propeno, éste se elimina de la zona de reacción. La eliminación de este producto causa un desplazamiento en el equilibrio termodinámico del sistema de reacción, forzando a la producción del isómero cis adicional.
