Abstract

Nuestra invención consiste de dos familias separadas y discretas de polímeros, por ejemplo Plásticos Reforzados con Fibra de Vidrio ("FRP") termoendurecibles y termoplásticos. Ambos son usados como materiales de construcción para fabricar colectores térmicos solares. Esas familias tienen la misma conf iguración general y se basan en los mismos principios. Ambas familias son usadas en una forma que algunas de las paredes del colector son traslúcidas. Ambas familias incorporan un pasaje a través del cual fluye fluido térmico. Ambas familias hacen uso de tintes para absorber energía del sol en el fluido y las paredes del colector. Cada una de las familias hace uso de configuraciones y diseños de colector mejorados y enfoques de operación especiales. Cada familia puede servir para mercados diferentes para diferentes colectores térmicos solares. En particular, los FRP se dirigen solos como una nueva categoría emergente de materiales para una amplia gama de aplicaciones incluyendo todo desde colectores térmicos solares novedosos hasta aeroplanos exóticos.
