Abstract
Un material formado que tiene un cuerpo tubular y un reborde formado en un extremo del cuerpo se elabora mediante desmoldeado de múltiples etapas de una lámina de metal sin tratar. El desmoldeado de múltiples etapas incluye el desmoldeado preliminar en el cual un cuerpo preliminar que tiene una preforma de cuerpo se forma a partir de la lámina de metal sin tratar, y al menos un desmoldeado por compresión que se lleva a cabo después del desmoldeado preliminar y en el cual se forma el cuerpo mediante desmoldeado de la preforma de cuerpo mientras se aplica una fuerza por compresión a la preforma de cuerpo. El por lo menos un desmoldeado por compresión se lleva a cabo a fin de completarse antes de que la porción de cojinete de los medios de presurización alcance el centro neutro inferior, y una fuerza de soporte que sostiene la porción de cojinete actúa como la fuerza por compresión sobre la preforma de cuerpo cuando se desmolda la preforma de cuerpo.
