Abstract

Un método de fabricación de un recipiente de llenado en caliente (1) por medio de moldeo por soplado de una preforma (16) provisto de una pared y un fondo cerrado (19), el método comprendo los pasos de: - calentar la preforma (16) a una temperatura mayor que la temperatura de transición vítrea del plástico; - introducir tal preforma calentada (16) dentro de un molde (32) provisto con una base de molde (36) y paredes laterales (34a, 34b), las paredes laterales se calientan a una temperatura predeterminada; - Moldeo por soplado de la preforma (16) para formar el recipiente (1) para posteriores aplicaciones de llenado en caliente; en donde: - la pared de la preforma (16) tiene un segmento de extremo inferior (24) de espesor incrementado y el fondo (19) tiene un espesor menor que el segmento de extremo inferior (24), - la preforma (16) se somete a un índice de estiramiento longitudinal comprendido entre 3.4 y 3.9, y una proporción de estiramiento tangencial comprendido entre 3.5 y 3.9.
