Abstract

Se describe un compresor de múltiples etapas (10) que comprende un rotor (11) que tiene una pluralidad de impulsores apilados axialmente (12; 12B, 12) y una barra de acoplamiento (14) que se extiende a través de los impulsores apilados y que sostiene los impulsores; una trayectoria de compresión de gas (P) se extiende desde una entrada de compresor a una salida de compresor y a través de los impulsores; un canal de flujo (17) se proporciona entre la barra de acoplamiento (14) y los impulsores apilados (12, 12A, 12B); el canal de flujo se desarrolla a lo largo de por lo menos una porción de la barra de acoplamiento (14); se desvía el gas caliente de la trayectoria de compresión (P) y fluye a través del canal de flujo para calentar la barra de acoplamiento durante el arranque del compresor.
