Abstract

Un sistema de monitorización de fluido comprende una interfaz de control y adquisición de datos y uno o más dispositivos de medición de fluido acoplados comunicativamente a la interfaz de control y adquisicion de datos. El o los dispositivos de medición de fluido están configurados para detectar cantidades de fluidos bombeados o que salen del agujero del pozo durante la cementación. La interfaz de control y adquisición de datos recibe un primer conjunto de datos que comprende volúmenes y/o presiones calculados de un flujo de uno o más fluidos que salen de un agujero de pozo modelo durante un periodo predeterminado en base, en parte, a un calor de reacción producido por el curado de una composición de cemento, y un segundo conjunto de datos que comprende volúmenes y/o presiones de un flujo de uno o más fluidos bombeados al interior o exterior del pozo desde dichos uno o más dispositivos de medición de fluido. La interfaz de adquisición de datos y control utiliza el primer y segundo conjuntos de datos recibidos para determinar una o más características de la composición de cemento.
