Abstract

Se proporciona una lámina de acero galvanizada que tiene excelente adhesividad de recubrimiento después de la estampación, excelente capacidad de soldadura por puntos, excelente resistencia a la corrosión después de pintar después de la estampación, y excelente aspecto después de pintar. Una lámina de acero galvanizada, que comprende; una lámina de acero base que tiene una composición química que consiste en, % en masa, C: 0.05% o más y 0.10% o menos, Si: 0.10% o menos, Mn: 0.30% o más y 0.70% o menos, P: 0.040% o menos, S: 0.010% o menos, N: 0.005% o menos, Al: 0.10% o menos, y el resto siendo Fe e impurezas incidentales, una capa de galvanización que contiene, en % en masa, Al: 0.3% o más y 0.6% o menos la cual se forma por lo menos en una porción de la superficie de la lámina de acero base, y compuestos intermetálicos que contienen 0.12 g/m2 o más y 0.22 g/m2 o menos de Al y que están compuestos de Fe2Al5 que tienen un diámetro de grano promedio de 1 µm o menos los cuales están presentes entre la lámina de acero base y la capa de galvanización, en donde una tensión de fluencia (YS) es de 260 MPa o más y 350 MPa o menos.
