Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento para producir un componente de motor, más en particular, un pistón para un motor de combustión interna, en el que se moldea una aleación de aluminio usando el procedimiento de moldeo a presión por gravedad y en el que la aleación de aluminio comprende los siguientes elementos de aleación: de 9 a = 10,5 % en peso de silicio, de> 2,0 a < 3,5 % en peso de níquel, de >3,7 a 5,2 % en peso de cobre, <1 % en peso de cobalto, de 0,5 a 1,5% en peso de magnesio, de 0,1 a 0,7 % en peso de hierro, de 0,1 a 0,4 % en peso de manganeso, de >0,1 % a <0,2 % en peso de circonio, de >0,1 % a <0,2 % en peso de vanadio, de 0,05 a <0,2 % en peso de titanio, de 0,004 a 0,008 % en peso de fósforo, en el que dicha aleación de aluminio comprende además aluminio e impurezas inevitables. La invención describe además un componente de motor, en particular, un pistón para un motor de combustión interna, en el que el componente de motor consiste, al menos en parte, en una aleación de aluminio, y el uso de una aleación de aluminio para producir un componente de motor, más en particular, un pistón de un motor de combustión interna.
