Abstract
Se describen sistemas y métodos para monitorizar componentes de fluidos de perforación en tiempo real. Un sistema incluye un equipo de control de sólidos acoplado de forma fluida a un pozo y configurado para recibir fluido de perforación del pozo, el cual equipo de control de sólidos tiene un primer dispositivo informático óptico dispuesto adyacente a la entrada y configurado para interactuar ópticamente con el fluido de perforación a medida que ingresa al equipo de control de sólidos y generar así una primera señal de salida correspondiente a una característica del fluido de perforación, un segundo dispositivo informático óptico dispuesto adyacente a la salida y configurado para interactuar ópticamente con el fluido de perforación a medida que sale del equipo de control de sólidos y generar así una segunda señal de salida correspondiente a la característica del fluido de perforación, y un procesador de señales acoplado de forma comunicativa al primer dispositivo informático óptico y al segundo dispositivo informático óptico y configurado para recibir la primera señal de salida y la segunda señal de salida y proporcionar una señal de salida resultante.
