Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un reactor (1) para la gasificación de material orgánico incluido en la materia prima compuesta y la separación de material orgánico gasificado del material inorgánico incluido en la materia prima compuesta, el reactor que comprende por lo menos una cámara de reacción (2) y por lo menos un rotor (3), la cámara de reacción (2) que comprende por lo menos un alojamiento (6, 6a, 6b) que se sella en relación al entorno y tiene por lo menos una abertura de entrada (Ba, 8b, 8c) y por lo menos una abertura de salida (9a, 9b), y dicho rotor (3) que comprende por lo menos una flecha (5). El alojamiento (6, 6a, 6b) está en contacto de intercambio de calor con por lo menos un canal (20) que se pretende que transporte gas para el intercambio de calor entre el gas y el alojamiento (6, 6a, 6b). El alojamiento (6, 6a, 6b) preferiblemente es cilíndrico y tiene una sección transversal principalmente circular en un plano que principalmente es perpendicular a una dirección principal de extensión de por lo menos una flecha (5), el canal (20) está en contacto con por lo menos un tercio de la superficie de cubierta externa radial del alojamiento (6, 6a, 6b) y además rodea completa o parcialmente por lo menos una abertura de entrada (8a, 8b, 8c). Por lo menos una primera parte del rotor (3) se sitúa en el alojamiento (6, 6a, 6b) y la flecha (5) se extiende únicamente en una dirección de la primer aparte a través y hacia afuera del alojamiento (6, 6a, 6b) La presente invención también se refiere a un método para incrementar la eficiencia en el reactor (1) y al uso del reactor (I).
