Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema y aparato que están diseñados para utilizar un concentrador parabólico para enfocar la luz del sol sobre un receptor que utiliza un refrigerante para transportar el calor a la unidad de almacenamiento de calor. El sistema comprende un circuito primario que comprende al menos un panel solar y al menos una unidad de almacenamiento de calor. El sistema comprende además un circuito secundario que se comunica operativamente con dicho circuito primario. El panel solar comprende una pluralidad de conjuntos de antenas reflectoras que comprenden medios de antenas reflectoras por medio de los cuales dichos medios de antena están dispuestos en cercana proximidad entre sí, en donde dichos medios de antena son tales que la alta proporción de concentración de luz del sol se obtiene para proporcionar una alta eficiencia de conversión de calor a electricidad.
