Abstract

Sistemas, métodos y aparatos de análisis óptico para analizar fluidos, pueden ser útiles para monitorizar in situ fluidos que se relacionan a operaciones de cementación en pozos. Además, un método puede incluir contener una composición fluida de cemento en una ruta de flujo que comprende un pozo; y hacer interactuar de manera óptica la composición fluida de cemento con un elemento computacional integrado, tal como, un elemento óptico multivariable, generando de este modo una señal de salida que corresponde a una característica de la composición fluida de cemento, el elemento computacional integrado que se acopla a una herramienta, tal como un tapón de cementación o un llenado de superficie. De manera más particular, una pluralidad de sensores de elementos ópticos multivariables se puede colocar a lo largo de la ruta completa recorrida por el fluido de cemento desde el mezclador de cemento, el cabezal de pozo hacia abajo a la ubicación de cementación en el pozo.
