Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un calentador de agua caliente, que tiene por objetivo en particular mejorar la eficiencia en la conducción térmica y por lo tanto ahorrar energía incrementando la velocidad de calentamiento del agua caliente y facilitar el flujo de agua caliente al mismo tiempo. La presente invención se caracteriza por inducir y descargar aire a la parte superior de un tanque de agua natural y calentar el agua natural y agua de retorno mientras el agua natural y agua de retorno llenan al menos 95% del interior de una sección del alojamiento y una sección de adaptador, por ello se mejora significativamente la fuerza de expansión interna. Las tuberías de calentamiento de la presente invención son moldeadas por extrusión para tener una sección de trayectoria de agua caliente en el interior de las mismas, en donde la sección de trayectoria de agua caliente puede ser de una forma semi-elíptica, rectangular, triangular, o circular, y se forma integralmente con una sección sensible al calor que tiene una forma de placa plana, sobre ambos extremos de la superficie superior del mismo, y en donde una sección de aislamiento, que tiene una capa de aire en la circunferencia exterior de la parte inferior de la sección de trayectoria de agua caliente, se forma de manera que los extremos superiores son integrales con la sección sensible al calor.
