Abstract

[Problema] En un procedimiento de revestimiento de un sistema de doble revestimiento de horneado único donde se aplica una capa de pintura de revestimiento transparente después de que se aplique una capa de pintura de revestimiento de base, luego de que estas dos capas revestidas se endurezcan simultáneamente, la fuerza adhesiva entre las dos capas revestidas se incrementa en comparación con el procedimiento convencional. [Solución] Se proporciona un procedimiento de revestimiento; se usa un endurecedor específico en la pintura de revestimiento transparente. El endurecedor es uno que contiene un poliisocianato derivado de 1,6-hexametilendiisocianato, que satisface todas las condiciones siguientes: 1) el endurecedor no incluye virtualmente monómero de diisocianato, 2) la viscosidad del endurecedor no es mayor de 1000 mPa•s/23 °C, 3) el contenido de trímero de HDI en el endurecedor no es menos del 60 % en peso y 4) el contenido de dímero de HDI en el endurecedor es menos del 10 % en peso.
