Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a derivados de etinilo de la fórmula I (ver Fórmula) en la que: R1 es fenilo, que está opcionalmente sustituido por 1-2 átomos de halógeno, elegidos entre flúor y cloro; o una sal de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptable, en forma enantioméricamente pura. Se ha encontrado que los compuestos de la fórmula general I son moduladores alostéricos del receptor metabotrópico de glutamato del subtipo 5 (mGluR5).
