Abstract

Se da a conocer un método de enriquecimiento de una alimentación de hidrocarburo que contiene un heteroátomos mediante la eliminación de contaminantes de heteroátomos. El método incluye poner en contacto la alimentación de hidrocarburo que contiene heteroátomos con un oxidante y un ácido inmiscible para oxidar los heteroátomos, poner en contacto la alimentación de hidrocarburos que contiene el heteroátomo oxidado con un compuesto cáustico y un promotor de selectividad, y la eliminación de los contaminantes de heteroátomos de la alimentación de hidrocarburo que contiene heteroátomos. El oxidante puede ser utilizado en la presencia de un catalizador.
