Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un sistema de degradación acelerada de materia orgánica que comprende un digestor de configuración tubular horizontal operado bajo condiciones termofílicas que cuenta con agitación, parámetros controlados, calentamiento a través de una fuente de energía renovable, instrumentación y automatización que facilitan el control del proceso. La degradación es promovida por la inoculación de un consorcio microbiano de microrganismos que favorecen la producción de biogás a partir de los residuos orgánicos.
